Chicago

Located on the south-western tip of the great lakes Lake Michigan, the amazing skyline is the first thing to strike you. Take the elevator ride to the Willis Tower for one of the best views of the city, or visit the beautiful lake front, which is almost entirely devoted to relaxation and recreation, including the famous Navy Pier. Downtown Chicago is a shoppers paradise. Look out for Michigan Avenue, locally known as the Magnificent Mile. Here you will find some of the finest shops Chicago has to offer, together with some small, exclusive boutiques.

Maldives

Overlapping the equator, this myriad of tiny islands give the appearance of a garland of haphazardly abandoned gems in the crystal clear waters of the Indian Ocean. Each resort has a shallow, yet brilliant blue lagoon, surrounded by coral reef. The islands themselves are blessed with relatively deserted beaches of soft, white powder sands, and a backdrop of gently swaying palms. Explore in the ocean itself, and you will see they are a truly amazing kaleidoscope of hundreds of species of tropical fish inhabiting the crystal clear waters.

Mauritius

Mauritius is truly one of the perfect tropical island hideaway, a slice of paradise with an endless list of plus points to suit every visitor. By not promoting to the mass markets, Mauritius has retained its traditional charm, and an infrastructure of resorts that are more stylish that use more local or colonial style architecture.

New York

New York New York – So good they named it twice, and how right they were. Probably one of the best city break destinations in the USA, if not the world. Sri Lanka

Locally known as the Pearl in the Indian Ocean, Sri Lanka is still largely untouched and unchanged by mass Western tourism, but the word is getting out. New York Times named this country the number-one place to visit in 2010 Palm tree lined golden sandy beaches are one of the main attractions for the visitors to Sri Lanka, however there are a host of other attractions to draw people to the island. Sri Lanka is home to SEVEN world heritage sites, an elephant orphanage, Buddhist shrines, colonial architecture, lush tea plantations and tropical rainforests to name but a few.
